Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Unopened Products: Returns will be accepted on unopened products within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

  3. Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding the cost of return shipping.
